There are people with DM in last 3-6 months still waiting, CIC is nothing but crap. In your case expect Oath within next 6 months.
Approach your MP and have them push CIC.

Thanks, I was kinda expecting the same. I had to ask my MP and that's when I got that DM on Aug 11. I will have to wait for few weeks to ask the MP again. That's what the MP suggested.

MP is of little help in pushing the case. I think letting MP propose a refund bill is the best way to put pressure on IRCC.
