I just had this same conversation with **spam** earlier this week. I phoned him to inquire about an address change, he told me no problem. When PPR comes just include pre-paid return envelope with passport, CIC will use to return to any address you write on envelope.
That's what I was told.

All right Step, as always appreciate it. So that's what you a consultant? Spam? LOL, got to remember that one! Wife is just about to go to the courier office in Makati there this morning, the passport will finally get there and lets hope the visa won't be too far behind. She's all excited as am I, but I'm not going to try and put any timeline on it, coz you just never know how long these things will take.

I have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. My wife is sending in her passport tomorrow morning to CEM. Does she need to send a prepaid envelope in with her package that she is sending to CEM for CEM to return her passport to her?

It is possible to deliver the passport in person to the Makati Visa Office ?

I heard CEM closed the drop box a few months ago, how many before gave docs and passports.I'm not sure if open again now.

I don't think so, but anyway we didn't. Unless you can "walk" there faster, easier just to LBC it there.

My husband did file his tax return last march and put me as a dependent even if im working in the philippines he still sends me every month as support and he did received a tax refund from your government.. All i know was he had given all documents including western receipts to the person who prepared his tax return.
