From reading the other threads, I'm pretty sure PP holders of visa exempt countries can send a copy. Unless this is another area where the Manila VO is screwing people.

Still fits the bushings perfectly, no squeaking or vibration,,,no need to lubricate,,,,but just 1 extra large sized eggplant can cause irreperable damage and discoloration to the bushings, take heed dont over lubricate the mechanisms
