thanks SATDXB for your prompt response. DHL don't deliver to CHC LOndon office. they just deliver ti Securty office and a person from CHC London should collect. is this is okay ? is this is the peocedure.

I myself had used DHL, member SATISH had also used DHL.
No worries at all.

Satish had couriered his PPs from Bahrain and me from Dubai, both PPS were delivered to CHC London very next day by 10:30 am.

its the date that you can confirm that visa is issued , either through e-case ( change to decision made ) or at the time you receive your PP back then U can till us the exact date of visa issue
for me I think its the day when you realize that all this stressful journey is finish
