Hi,
I'm working for a Canadian company (located in BC) remotely for months from another country. They said that they can support my visa to come to the Canada.
They don't have an agency now to do immigration processes (they used to do it years ago) and so they told me to investigate it.
I've read the process of work permit visa in canada.ca website. There is a minimum wage (median) requirement for getting the LMIA.
I couldn't find the exact information. jobbank website said $42 for software developer in BC:
https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/marketreport/wages-occupation/22548/geo25565
In canada.ca website it said $25:
https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/services/foreign-workers/median-wage.html
Now my salary is around $26/hour.
My questions are:
1) Which source should I consider?
2) Can I use the BCPNP to get to the Canada? Or I should go with work permit visa rules?
Thank you very much in advance.
