Outlook2011: my work permit expired last july 2011. Is there any chance i could renew it still? Coz its hard to say that in 18months of waiting for open work permit, u cant be sick. Im still paying for my MSP but my health card is expired too...

roxaida, please call CIC and ask about this. I think you can, because you are in the implied status. It feels good if you maintained your status while waiting for OWP/PR.
