hi, I would like to share with my new updated information with you guys.

I received the landing interview letter this morning, it has been scheduled for Nov.9, just next month

from where are you emilycc? im from edmonton,and i notice that they gave interview date one month after we receive OWP, unlike those from bc they had their interview 3 days/one week after they received their owp.

Congratulations to all who have received their OWP Good luck for your future endeavors! God is great!

I suggest that for others esp. Married & dependents to please let us unite & call CIC every Thurs./Fri. ask for our status & inform them that we are all aware of what's happening now, they are just giving OWP to SINGLE Applicants & forgetting to process our applications with dependents. They should have a system to be fair to everyone since we all abide by their rules, procedures & requirements! We paid taxes & fees, how come they are delaying us with dependents? Tell CIC that we knew they are releasing OWP up to the latest SINGLE APPLICANT far beyond April but how about us with dependents??? Let us all be united, all conversations will be recorded so if they will replay it, they would realize that they couldn't play around anymore esp.applicants with dependents because we are all aware of what's happening, not just for 1single applicant but for MOST SINGLE APPLICANTS they have already released OWP! Then they would be enlightened & would start to care for us too
God will make a way but we also should make a step...this is just simple that would make a change for all of us...I just did today and I will do it again next week, so I hope we will all do it every Thurs./Friday so they will hear us until they will finally attend to our applications! Just be patient being on hold since we have been very patient after all in waiting for our papers, let's CALL CIC & TELL THEM WE KNEW THEY HAVE RELEASED OWP TO SINGLE APPLICANTS (JUNE as the latest). God bless us all!

Hi depressgirl.. I'm married, my wife here too in Toronto! Same as you, no good news yet!

BTW.. Don't loose your hope.. we're on the finish line of this application! Let's see how long the CIC can hold (for married applicant) our application, ..now that they release some of July single applicant!

@ kyzel.. Are you single or with dependent apllicant? If you are with dependent applicant.. so that the question we are asking too! If you look on the list here, applicant with dependent that past their application and recieved by CIC on April 06, 2011 till now were been hold, (Base on the List). But single applicant.. the recent was July 07, 2010 that CIC recieved had Decision been made on their application already.
