Yes actually was in touch with him cos he is going to okanagan college and im going to UBC okanagan so when he phoned he told he got his visa

Type: Paper based at VFS, Bangalore (self, no representative)
Linked the application to CIC online account on 30-June-2017
Application: Approved on 24-July-2017

Received VISA fixed on Passport
Received a 2 sided letter (soft copy in CIC account, no hard copy from VFS) with details.

Programme: Ph.D at University of Waterloo

Realy !delhi is procesing fast

I applied online 16/06, its being processed at Delhi as I got a couple of ghost emails from Delhi-Immigration but there is no progress. Its like 6 weeks now. a lot of people who applied much after have already received theirs...Its really worrying...
