Some drastic changes comming. I am confused. I applied on 17 May 2022 for PGWP after 5 year Engineering (Coop). I was waiting for Biometrics. on 22 September, they suddenly approved my application and letter awaited. What about Biometrics?

I got COPR today. AOR 27 Dec 2019. Inland PNP. Security was cleared by end of February. I do not why it got delayed by 3 months.
