Hi Guys! ok so officially my owp in hand yesterday bt there is minor mistake they wrote my given name in front of family name and given name is jst empty bt instead my family name should be empty so does it gonna be a problem? should i call cic regarding this?

One more thing please share the end note on ur owp when u guys get that.

CutepinayHow did you asked the agent regarding your OWP?When you talked to them last Aug. 16 What did they say?Did they say To call them back after 4mos?Im so stress.. Need to apply for TRV coz Im planning to go home on Dec.My work permit right now ends on Nov.

hi ...ahmm i just said iwant to inquire if my owp was approve ? then she just checked my file and by the time i called them she said it is on process ...she didnt say to call after 4 mons... i know this waiting time is so stressful... just be patient you will get yours too ..ohh yah hope you get yours too bec processing time for trv now takes around 2 mons ....good luck

hello i got my owp today...thank god there is nothing wrong with it ...and im kinda confused with what you said ???

hmmmm but i think yah you should call them about that so they can correct it ...

ahmm my end note on my owp is

" Temporary resident status maintained as per R183(6) Pending LIC APR

also another question ...i just noticed on

Case Type/ genre de cas: 27 you guys with owp also got case 27 too???

because i know on our case for close permit it is case 20 ... so i am just wondering thanks

Please , can somebody who already submitted their application explain what is CSQ (Certificate de Selection du Quebec) means?

I am trying to fill up the form IMM0008 (Generic Application for LIC) and i do not know what is the appropriate answer to the question... " Have you received your CSQ? "
if i answer NO, then there is a follow up question that it says... "If No, when did you apply for your CSQ?....

Is CSQ should be applied also even LIC is not from Quebec?

Btw, to all applying the temporary residence visa online. I applied via online last aug.27 and got an email request today and letter of instuctions to send my original passport within 30 days. So i think applying via online is quicker. Just sharing to those who have the same inquiry.
