Applied Sept 24th. Have had 3 blank updates. Also had status change from submitted to updated and then back to submitted online.
CIC is literally playing with the mental well being of applicants because of no transparency of process at all. Processing times have increased to 132 days. No point is sending CSE since that takes 30 days. One literally can not do anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Information about immigration lawyers:

Find those that specialize in WP, SP and visas. Secondly, know your stuff especially how to apply for a PGWP, documents and expectations/rules etc. Avoid going to any lawyer who has no idea what they are doing.

it's been 210 days since I submitted my application. I called CIC again this morning, and apparently I have to wait for another 3 month (April) because they are still working on my application. this is becoming a joke....

just wanted to give you my final timeline:

PGWP:
Applied: Aug 21
Blank Updates: 4, each month and 1 on Nov 3rd
Approved: Dec 16
Mail Delivery (Toronto): Dec 22

TRV:
Applied: Dec 29
Passport Request: Jan 11 — sent the same day and reached Ottawa the day after
Approved: Jan 18
Return tracking updated: Jan 19
Delivery: Jan 21


I'm finally done with CIC for now
thank you all so much for all the support and the effort and dedication put on this forum, It would have been so much harder without you guys!

139days now!!! Wow, I'm very sure now that i will lose my job. My employer can't wait any longer. F@@k this immigration system. September 23rd still waiting...this is like a punishment.

just makes no sense... so basically there is no solution except to wait right?
