Your college will provide you with course completion letter once you graduate . That letter will state the length of your program . If you done 4 sem fulltime that's technically 2 years. So you will probably get 3 years pgwp.

Once you get your work permit, apply for trv from your country. You need a trv to enter canada.

Finally my application is approved. Applied: September 23rd Approved: February 9th I studied two separate 1 year programs but gladly i got 3 years permit. Finally i can keep my job with no issues.

call cic, send them a case specific enquiry asap, they are processing september 3rd files now.

best option is to do flagpolling, saves lot of time...as you already have remark that you are eligible for 3 year permit, no trouble for you. go to the border and extend your visa. your case is simple, don't need a lawyer at all.
