Lawyer for a TRV within canada? Plz help

Hi

I just want to know if ita better to apply for the Trv online application through a lawyer! He needs 750$ before tax and if applied by the applicant itll cost only 100$!
I believe all the docs and process will be the same and its easy..
Do u think cic process the lawyers applications first or faster?
