Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

Did you receive your notes ? It's close to 2 months for me now.

i applied for gcms notes but haven't receive anything is about 39 days. any one know why it take long to get gcms notes. did strike affect this?
i order gcms notes before and received in 30 days.
please share your information.

I have applied for CAIPS 3 times before. Now, when I applied , officer said the file number did not exist. I had to provide a document(Medical Request) showing my file number to them. They did not respond, and I assumed all is fine now.
Now after 30 days, I have sent 3 enquiries to them. To the first they responded, ATIP file preparation is near finalization.
To the second they replied, delay may be due to either of :
•the request is for a large number of records, or
•the request requires a search through a large number of records and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the government institution.
To third, they did not reply.

Not sure what is happening. Is something going wrong...rejection etc ???

visit visafile.info for caips notes details if u r out of canada then you can not apply yourself. but if u r in canada then u can apply there your self.

i haven't receive anything yet. 50 days already also i send email about this matter to visafile.info they hoping to get update in few days. i have no clue why it taking that long. last time i order gcms and i get in 30days. hoping to get gcms notes soon.

I am in Canada and want to apply for GCMS notes. Can anyone guide how can I apply? Which option do I need to check (Privacy act or access to information act)?

I applied for GCMS notes before on June 18, 2013 and didn't get any response so thinking that I might have made a mistake in my application.
