    Hi joeiraq. sorry for the late response. thanks a lot. it took one week for the passport to be sent, one week to get stamped and it took about 4 to 5 days until I recieved it back. my husband finally arrived a couple of days ago. good luck to you and everyone on this forum.

    Thats very normal. Dont rely on ecas. Some people arrive to Canada and their ecas was never updated. Always said in process. Dont worry. Also, they usually continue with the application without notifying you until they need something

    Hello everyone, Is it necessary the spouse lands in the same destination mentioned in his application? If the application has destination Ottawa can they still arrive in Montreal and be picked up by family? Or does he need to fly to Ottawa from Montreal airport?
