Hello guys,
We have a cat and she is coming with us to Canada. She is always travelling with us, so hopefully she'll be fine considering the long flight. We are travelling from Spain, and she has EU PET passport, microchip, de-worm stamps, rabies vaccines, and reports from vets inside . As we used to live in Belgium until Dec 2016, her last rabies vaccine was done in December, in Belgium, and it's valid for another 3 years (if I'm not wrong). I read the information provided by border control on importing cats, but still will appreciate if you have any insights on this or relevant experience.
So my question is, should we prepare other documents for her? Should we visit a vet to provide a document like a health certificate stating that the vaccine is valid?
What else to expect at border control?
Thanks in advance!
