It takes about 2 months to receive the PR card. You can check this thread for timelines: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/track-your-pr-card-timeline-and-processing-times-here.394703/page-327#post-6608934

If you need to travel by air and don't have your PR card, you can apply for PRTD (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/pr-travel-document.html). It will allow you to come back to Canada.

Alternatively, if you live close to the US border, you can go to the nearest US airport by car. You will be able to re-entrer Canada by car with just your CoPR (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=064&top=10), no need for PR Card nor PRTD.

Tnx for the info coz im worried my kids visa will expired this coming 2018 Feb 11. So the only way they can enter Canada is i have to accompany with them. But since i dont have the card so i have to apply the travel document outside Canada right? Or in

You need to apply for a PRTD from outside Canada and suggest you do so as soon as possible if you are to travel back by air with your kids before your kids documentation expires so they can complete their landing. Do not wait for your PR card , it may turn up it may not there is no way to predict or guarantee processing time. As per previous post the only other alternative without a PR card or PRTD is via the US land border with your COPR but that assumes you and your kids can come the US route.
