So I sent off my PCC and my PRPF today 21 day after it was requested.

I hope it wasn't too long of a wait...

My turn-around-time with documents are usually same day but my husband is so slow with responding...'

My son landed in Jamaica today (my sister and brother took him down to see my hubby), so although I wasn't able to go at least one of the kids got to see Daddy, and my hubby is already taking him all over town and taking pictures and going to see Grama, lol.... so happy for them. Cant wait til hubby comes here and I get to parade him all over like that lol

So exciting..my trip is coming up July 22 and staying for a few months I can't wait.. immigration Is a long process and takes alot of strength and I wish everyone the best of luck

Hi there! Question for those with POS experience:

We sent our PP to POS further to their request. We are now waiting on VISA. They received our package on Tuesday May 5th exactly 2 weeks ago. We have not heard anything from them. I know some people receive an email stating that the VISA will be ready shortly and to make arrangements with DHL for pick-up. We used FedEx so all is prearranged. They already have a prepaid waybill and return envelope.

Will we get an email with a heads up or should we just wait for the mail? I also check the on-line status every day..... we are still in process...

Dear Suzanne, if you keep up with this level of stress you will be lucky if you are still around at the end of this journey.... please relax. I can feel your stress. You have done everything that you can at this point. You can't stress for something that is now out of your hands. If they have doubts about how genuine your relationship is they may ask you for an interview. If you did a good job at proving the real nature of your relationship you will not be asked for an interview.

If you do get asked for an interview, there are lots of areas on this site where you can go look at examples of questions that they have asked in the past. You can review those questions and prepare before the interview. You need not worry if your relationship is real. You will be able to demonstrate that. Please relax. It is not helping you right now..... All will work out the way it should. Have faith

But Suzanne, solkaman is right about this.... don't stress over an interview until you know you need one. You will just get depressed over it and then find out down the road that theres no interview needed, so no reason for all the worry.
In your case, an interview may not be such a bad thing. You get a chance to tell your side of the story instead of them just looking at paperwork. I am rooting for you.

No problem! We submitted april 17th and I emailed May 1st to which they responded that the visa was approved and they can't guarantee when we will get back the passport. We got it a few days later

Well today is the day. We show DECISION MADE!!! So Visa should be on way. It took exactly 2 weeks from the time they received our PP package.

So now hubby is away from home until Friday night. So I wonder if FedEx will come to the door or if they will call him for pick-up. His landlord will be home but not sure if they will let her sign for it...... If anyone has answers on that I would appreciate your input. Thanks!
