Hate to say it.. but if they anything like here, people work at their own pace (and I mean at their own pace).. What could take 2 weeks could be 3 months here.. The amount of people applying don't matter. Resources may play a big role as well... Some of these countries are more updated.

But Kingston will work it out for us!

Don't get me started on work ethic in government offices, LOL.

On the bright side, KG is not some of the other offices. I would hate to be, for example, Pakistani (26 months!) or Singaporean (22 months!). Everything is relative, and some days we have to give thanks that while we are not as well off as some (visa office-wise), we are not as badly off as others!

Got my health card today. Thank heaven the photo doesn't look as badly as I feared, my hair was down that day and thanks to the humidity by the time I got home it was quite wild!

Hi Ladies,

Well I contacted RCMP today and after 5 months my husbands prints are finally in their system. So hopefully this process moves quicker. Lets see!!!

well thank you everyone, i got it to the post office but it won't go out until tomorrow and they will get it on Wednesday!
