Dear All
I got medical examined on 29th June, and sent (via courier) London Visa office my updated police certificate and schedule A (back ground declaration) form dated June 30, 2012.

In my all initial forms (2009) and updated forms (June 2012) my employer remains same but on 1st July (Next Day after submitting Schedule A and police certificate) I resigned and joined another company same day.

Do I need to update Visa office regarding my new job or remain quite?

Please, advise.

Hello All,

i had a travelling history to malaysia, i stayed their for 2 years on student visa, but i did not finish my studies in malaysia, i was scared that my application will not be considered, therefore, i hide this travel history on my application.

i am currently in process with date with my application, please guys, advice me, will i be caught at this stage as i am already in process? do they contact all countries during security check to find out travel history other then countries mentioned in PCC???

For me I have no idea but wait and see and hope you will not be caught

Anybody same timeline get Medical from NDVO. I have appilled in Industrial Electricians - NOC 7242

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Till now any update from NDVO...???

I am from Cairo visa office and almost have the same time line. I got my medicals after about 3 weeks from adding the line In Process in my E-case. Wish I could have helped

sir i had applied under provincial stream, my ecas said "v started processing ur application on 28july 2010"
all our docx, ielts n necessary things were completed since 2011 june, from that time v r waiting for medicals...

n e guidance for me???

I don't understand how you decided to hide ur travel history when your passport will have all the details.
if they come to know you have not included the detail, that would raise in them unwanted suspicions which could obviously delay your processing.
Though it is risky to update them now,i also believe its not too late than never. May be you can give an explanation stating that you missed it initially but became aware of it during recent recheck.

its just my opinion but wait for any updates from seniors..

I think you should you send your visa office an email and state your case and wait for their reply

Need advice on one issue:

If a person has resided in 2 or more different states within India for more than 6 months at a stretch, do we need to submit the police clearance certificate for all the states or the police clearance certificate from the current state of residence would suffice?

Kindly help out on this

u almost have same timeline as mine..

i actually submitted PCC from passport office and a PCC from the current city of stay(> 6 months).
