hi sir congrtsss sir today my stastus has changed to decision made from in process. they started processing my application on july 2010, medicals r still left... n e bad news???/

don't do any thing other then asked, they have their patterns.

applied in sept 2008 under SINP nominated in feb 2010 Applied for permanent residence in 2010 ecas date is july2010 sent all relevant docx, rprf in 2011 still waiting for medical!!!

dude I'd applied for sinp back in 2008 n still v r waiting..... be patient & wait.

ok ok, i took it wrong, LVO can ask only to re submit schedule 1 or proof of statement.. not more then that. have my apologies to get u little wrong.

if you were federal applicant than u can if u were under PNP u have to report ur designated province.

hi pak44, when did LVO transfer your application to NsVO?? my application case is still with them i have inquired in feb2012..

y not?? VO can ask n e thing appropriate. As it is IELTS aint that much big nut to crack, so get it done AsAP is better.

dear silent... according to new law ur application is catered after 1stmay'2012 so IELTS is mandatory now. u can appear in IELTS at present coz it will valid for two years so no worries. it wud be far better for u to have every thing ready wht they can ask..

hi, yup we dint get any update since july 2011, i wrote them in feb2012 regarding our case, after 14days i got an email from LVO stating something like that "we have received ur RPRF and other relevant docs we will surly contact u when we will be in position to contact you " after that pity...
