Im pretty sure this is only before you land. I don't think they really are if you have a baby or move after you have you have landed and have your PR in hand. The point is you have to inform of CIC of any changes just in case it could affect your eligibility.

Wish me guys to receive my passport back with my visa the soonest! Still Inprocess in Ecas,passport requested since April 8, email stated that my visa is ready to be issued and valid until July 31,2015 and they will make the best effort to return my passport within 90 working days! Aarrgggh! :'(

Im happy to all July applicants, a little envious though!
