Not to bring a negative vibe to the thread, but has there ever been a case where someone HASN'T been issued an ITA even though they were eligible (had CRS >= the cutoff)?

No. Unless the person entered the pool shortly before ita.

Hey my csr scores are 412. Any chances of the scores dropping so low??

I was at 412. I improved IELTS and my score jumped to 472

Not for Canada , they will send you a mail if they need RCMP PCC , depends on the immigration officer

So I'll need to wait and see what and if they require a criminal check?

Some part of Australia require some traffic letter or something. If you need one, please get it and submit it. Dont get caught out.

We all have waited for long enough for this day. Now we have to wait for few more hours for that magic email.

Meantime I am starting to get PCCs as I need 3.
