Issues with Ukranian/Russian diplomas

A friend of mine wants to create her EE profile but she graduated from a Ukranian university in Crimea (now Russia). She's having trouble getting her diploma. Do you know if there's an alternative for that?

Unfortunately there is no work around or alternative that I'm aware of. She needs to get the diploma so that she can complete the ECA process. She needs to complete the ECA process before she can set up her EE profile.

Try reaching out to the ECA organization to know if they have any special measures for Ukrainian Diplomas. Unfortunately, ECA would be required to claim points under the education category particularly if this was the highest qualification.
