I really don't think that will matter as long as it is from him expressed in his own words as he may have to answer questions regarding it if he gets an interview so I suggest you keep a copy.
okay perfect thank you :)

Aylar10,

Your history with your husband sounds very genuine and sincere to me and I'm sure CIC will see it that way.

There are two parts in this application. Your part and his part.

Have two cover letters, one from him for his part and one from you for your part.

The letters will narrate your relationship, from the time you met till now.

If you both have the same background heritage, let them know. If you both speak other languages together, include it.

Good luck.

Also,

I have helped many such application from men and women sponsoring spouses.

No discrimination. Gender has not been a factor in over 100 applications that I have personally helped.

So now worries. As long as you are qualified and he has no criminal record and medically ok, you will win.

Thank you so much for your message, this is very helpful.. it makes me feel a lot better :) For some reason, I am nervous about it. I always consider the worst case scenario so if something bad happens, I can be prepared for it. but I am sure, we will be find in the end. we have everything to prove this marriage is real ..he doesn't have a criminal record, he is healthy and no medical issues.. I do have a stable job but it's just my nervousness that doesn't go away :)
but many thanks again for your message. much appreciated.
