Unless I'm mistaken, you were in the US as a minor illegally after your parents were deported? I'm not sure how that works?

I honestly think your bigger concern is that you haven't seen your sponsor for 18 months (or so CIC believes). IMO, it would be rather difficult to prove an ongoing relationship considering a year and half apart? So if you can find proof of that it would probably help the most!

holy smokes.. interview schedualed next month february.. im so nervous its so fast since they recieved my application last year september it took them 4-5 months. dont know how long i have to wait till i get visa after interview? or do they tell me if i already have my visa approved. fingers crossed

Alurra is giving you some very sage advice.San interview is no dearth ssentence and there is no need to make up a big sing and dance. Just be honest. After the interview or interview waived comes more waiting either way.

hi guys got ppr yesterday after the interview. Interviewing Lady was generous. Alot Of Ppl Showed Up For Intherview. the way i did it is you have to take over the conversation or else they think you some kind of lier. first its was a bombardment of negative questions. but stay cool and fight for your words to show you are genuine. waiting for visa now. yiha.

That is the most relieving moment after going through the interview and pass it. I took had my interview last week and passed, they retained my Passport for visa issuing. Usually the tension is too much as we prepare/wait for interview but now its a different story as we are assured that anytime from now our passports/visa will arrive anytime. Did they tell you how long they will issue you a visa??

Now am seeking for information regarding the process of landing, what to carry/pack, how to declare luggage items and documents needed at the airport after landing. Any idea please??
