The interview is waived for now. However, when they get answers to those questions, they may still interview you or not. In that case, you want to provide the answers to those questions and attach any supporting documents. In case you are not clear about what they are asking:

Question 1 - they know you were in the USA for 4 years but want to know what you whether you were studying or working or visiting or living there illegally or in jail, etc. If you were a student, contact all the schools and get your original transcripts ASAP. Contact USCIS and request copies of your study and work permits. If you did not have status, they want to know how that happened.
Did you leave the US when your visa expired? Were you deported? Were you asked to leave and you complied? They want answers.

Question 2 - in the past 18 months, have you tried to visit your sponsor or child and been denied a visa? Have you been banned from the US, hence you can't visit? Has your sponsor or child visited you instead? Is it due to financial problems? Do you have any plans to visit and when?, etc. Just explain truthfully and include proof.

Question 3 - do you have brothers and sisters? If you don't, then confirm it.

Providing your high school diploma is neither a work permit, nor a study permit. It's not a document issued by US immigration. No, they apparently already have no faith that you have either of these, best send one if you have it and if not, you got some 'splaining' to do.

For status you're supposed to show either a valid work permit, or student visa/permit, or visitor visa. If you don't have either of these, that means you were in the US illegally, which is not a good thing, and they want to see if you were living in the US legally or not. Generally, short overstays aren't a concern, but seeing as how you've potentially lived there illegally for 4 years, they could view that as a problem because you're potentially a person who would do anything to live in an affluent country at all costs.

As for the explanation of not seeing your sponsor, child for 18 months, they generally view long absences from your family as an indication that the relationship is not genuine, because a genuine couple should be visiting each other at least once a year. They generally don't accept "not enough money" as an excuse, because you could've worked a 2nd job or something.

1. CIC is asking you for detailed information about your status in the US. If you were on a visitor visa for part of this time, then you'll need to provide a copy of this visa. If you were without status for part of this time, they you must state so. CIC also wants proof of how you departed the US. Did you leave on your own? Were you issued a departure order? Were you deported? Assuming you left on your own, you need to provide proof of your departure flight. As SenoritaBella said, if you are missing any of this information, contact USCIS immediately and request it.

2. It sounds like CIC has doubts your relationship with your wife is ongoing / genuine. You need to explain why your haven't visited your wife and she hasn't visited you for almost two year. If you have any evidence to back up your reasons for not visiting, you should provide them. I would also use this as an opportunity to provide additional information to show that your relationship with your wife is genuine and still ongoing. I'm sure you provided evidence to support this in your application for PR. I would add any additional evidence you may have now.

3. Pretty straight foward. They are asking you to confirm that you have no siblings. If you do in fact have siblings that you neglected to mention in your application, now it the time to come clean.

you even said in your previous posts, you didn't have status after you finished high school, and that "you don't know how to explain" the reasoning for that to the VO. If you don't have status, that means you overstayed your visa, and was staying illegally. It's not a big deal to the VO as long as it wasn't a long overstay.

If they are only looking for information from 2004 to 2008 and you only have a high school diploma, I am guessing you were a minor while in the US? Were your parents there with you? Were they there legally?

This is what the VO is looking for. If you were a minor with your parents at that time, explain that. Tell them you were xx age and with your parents and attended high school. The US does NOT require you to have a valid 'status' to attend high school or any public school. Only that your parent/guardian enroll you and even their status is not questioned, unless of course they can't communicate with someone then it might be pondered, but still not really a sticky point.

If your parents were there illegally then you really didn't have much of a choice as you were a minor. They aren't going to hold that against you. You couldn't possibly have a permit for high school, so for 'evidence' a copy of your high school diploma should indeed be valid. Your social security card is irrelevant as any alien may obtain one whether legal or not. They want to know the circumstances of your departure. Did you leave the country after you graduated high school to return to your home country? Did you join the circus? Did you go on a cross world tour? Did ICE knock come knocking on your front door and forcibly send you back to your home country? This is what they want to know.

You are getting yourself all worked up over absolutely nothing. They are questioning what you were doing in the US from xx to xx, why and how you left and under what circumstances. Answer that question and be done with it.

Anything is possible. If you are called for an interview, then get the documents together that they are going to request and go into the interview confidently and answer their questions honestly and to the best of your ability and you should be fine.
