No such thing as a free visa and no such thing as sponsorship. Coursera is not a recognized Canadian program. Do a job search on Job Bank and find an employer who cannot hire a Canadian, but you are the only person with the skills. Then employer applies for a LMIA and if approved, you apply for a closed work permit. You have to pay application fees, medical, ECA, IELT, biometrics and show funds to settle. Also need to pay for airfare and find a place to live. So nothing is free.

What does ”I want to be shift” mean? You need a job offer with LMIA. You have to research cost of medical exams, ECA, IELTS, airfare, housing etc. Housing costs depend on where you live but you should show some settlement funds. Attached are the fees for the application.
