Is it true that if you use a immigration lawyer in applying a temporary working permit like under the live in caregiver program, the processing will be more faster?

No, it won't make things faster. In fact, it quite often makes things slower if the lawyer is busy, as they won't respond to CIC as quickly as you might. Only use a lawyer IF you don't know what to do or your case is complicated.
