IELTS GT for study visa

I have IELTS GT each 6.0
am I eligible for study visa from India

I have 13 year education gap
I completed master in 2007 with chemistry as a major, and then from 2007 to till date I am doing job

You can apply as there is nothing stopping you, whether you get a study permit is another issue. Assume you have applied for another masters or PhD program given you already have a Masters.

There is nothing wrong in trying your luck. Just opt for a course that will lead to progression in your career.. show family ties and give solid reasons, highlighting that you will return to India once you are done with the studies.
