I want to apply for PR through FSW. However, there is something that yet to be understood with regard to FSW.
You are requested to put some light on the follwng as I cann't fulfil those conditions.
•have a valid offer of arranged employment, OR
•be an international student enrolled in a PhD program in Canada (or graduated from a Canadian PhD program within the past 12 months) and meet certain criteria.
