I am outside Canada and I received a link to PR portal with credentials. I have just 1 day to respond

Hi, everyone!

I applied for PR under CEC.
Beginning of April, I had to go to India for health related issues. I got an email asking me where I am.
I replied I am outside Canada and gave expected return date as End of May.
Now 6 days ago, I suddenly get an email with credentials to a portal and confirming within 7 days that I am in Canada.
I have just 1 day left.
What should I respond?

Should I just reply to email or should call IRCC?

Any advice is appreciated.
