How to Sponsor my child

My husband, daughter and I are PR card holders. We went back to Pakistan and I got pregnant and had my second baby there. My husband has remarried so I want to come back to Canada but my second child doesnt have a PR card. What is the quickest way to get to Canada with both my kids. Will I have to come to Canada and sponsor my son from here or will it be possible/quicker to apply for a TRV or TRP from pakistan and then travel with both my kids to Canada?

You must be physically in Canada to sponsor your child for PR. You should try applying for a TRV for your child. If it's refused, try a TRP. If that is also refused, you'll need to travel to Canada without your child to complete the sponsorship process. Note that you must meet the residency obligation at the time you apply to sponsor your child.

If you are divorced from the father you would also need his permission/approval to bring the child to Canada.
