Hi seniors

How do I report employers who are accepting workers without proper documentation and not legally able to work in Canada. This particular employer is accepting workers with tourist visa and work permit under different employer. It is but unfair for those workers who are eligible to legally work here.

Please help.

Thanks!
There maybe schools that do not report missing students, and employers that dont check SIN, beginning with 9
If schools are not reporting internationally students who are no shows, and employers dont check SIN numbers starting with 9,
Would Immigration even be able to catch up with these people?

Sure - there are a few different ways IRCC / CBSA should eventually catch up to them.

You can report them. You can also contact your local MP because Mexican citizens have only recently been able to travel without a TRV. There have also been issues with Mexican citizens applying for asylum in large numbers. The eTA/TRV issue is being assessed over the next few years to see if the ETA is a good idea.
This was the worst mistake Canadian government could have done, they need to bring back the visa requirement for Mexicans.

The US government has already asked Canada to do so but they have refused. There must be a study indicating that Mexicans bring in sufficient tourist dollars for the visa exempt status for to make sense. If there is a large increase in illegal immigration into the US, illegal work in Canada, trafficking situations discovered, asylum claims, etc. the visa exempt status will likely be reassessed.
