How to contact CIC from Out side canda

I want to call CIC regarding me husband Application.
But i am out of canada with my husband.
How can i contact CIC form overseas??

When I was out of Canada I tried everything! Even tried calling from Skype, my cell phone, internet.... Nothing works! You can only call from a land line IN Canada unfortunately

I've heard that some people have been able to reach the CIC from outside of Canada using this number: 613-944-4000. Obviously it's not toll-free and long distance charges will apply. Good luck.

if it is OUTLAND application you have to contact the one of the international visa offices
