If they just landed this year, and they are over 65. Are they eligible for senior housing?

How can they apply for it? If we have a property in Canada under their name, can they still apply for senior housing?

I assume you're referring to subsidized housing?

I'm not sure they qualify since you agreed to financially support them for either 10 or 20 years when you applied to sponsor them.
