Jake21, I really hate to say this but it is impossible to answer your question in few lines. The best way to understand the struggles people are facing is to follow this forum and you will learn lot of things.

yahoo7 is right, however, some of the struggles come about when instructions are not followed properly. Some of the common struggles people have had are:
1. applications returned because forms are incomplete or there are gaps in personal history
2. no employment letter or incomplete information on the letter
3. incorrect NOC code
4. not meeting language requirements
5. misrepresentation

Then ur on the wrong forum because this is actually for people seeking PR and for people who need help applying for PR and definitely not for people that have achieved that aim (they will if they are here to support and guide people just like our senior members). u should do better than this buddy. hopes this help!!!!

If you will check Jake21's post history you will notice he is posting all kind of irrelevant questions and follow up questions/answers just for the purpose of posting. I really don't know what his incentive is, whether it is a VIP posting rating he is looking after or just a way to get some attention but don't be surprised to see more of it soon

Firstly I advise you jake to .. BELIEVE in your abilities, you're making it look like you really don't have any hope and that you're the only person on this forum who is facing all the problems and nobody else is.
Secondly ... did u already apply for ur CEC PR or no?
