I hate delays on my part

It is so frustrating. The more I try to arrange my documents quickly (in order to send in my PR application asap) the more delays I encounter. My PCCs for India, America and France would be taking a good 4- 6 weeks. So I am looking at a good one month from now. But, at the least, when the...

Received AOR on 3rd of April; application got denied exactly a week later

Whymeee, I am so sorry to hear that. But, I just looked up all the information and it clearly states that under CEC you require at least 37.5 hours per week or 1950 hours of paid work over a period of 12 months will also be considered.

Thank you Ma'am, so when you say "as long as you are qualified under CEC requirements you are good" - does this mean that as long as I meet all eligibility criteria and my documents are in perfect order, I will get a positive response on my PR?

French - One of the 2 official languages.

Hi Sashali78, Thank you for the message. I understand what you are saying, however, when I spoke about gaining points, I was actually referring to adding more quality to my application. I am sorry I should have been more specific. Because, French is one of the 2 major languages in Canada and...

French - One of the 2 official languages.

Hi, I have lived and worked in Paris, France for about 5 years before finally coming to Canada in May 2010. Now, in addition to qualifying the eligibility criteria for PR/CEC, under NOC codes "0" (1 year+8 months) and "B" (5 months), I also speak and write French fluently. Apart from on the PR...
