How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

I spoke to my postman, all the post offices closed by my place. Canada post has started the investigation for me.

My passport and landing paper is now officially LOST.

Through the phone information line of the CIC. You can ask the attendee to register a complaint for you and someone will follow up 2 business days later. Just to be clear, they are separate from the 'visa office' and cant help except by registering complaints and forwarding them to the immigration minister's office, but the more complaints, the more chances for a change... at least for future applicants. They also told me that my best bet for pressure and for getting through the visa office 'fortress' is my local MP who may have a bit more strings to pull.... but I have some doubts.

Is it good choice? i just followed instruction in the email.

Bkkkk I am really sorry to hear this! I was happy when you told me that you were going to land around a week ago! Hang in there, It can't be lost, it's your passport not a piece of junk mail and Canada Post is reliable for it; they'll get for you don't worry

I'm sorry to hear that, but I'm sure they will find your passport. That is their responsibility. Meantime, you may inform ICC and CPP-O about the situation.

Same thing for me...4 weeks after my passport reach they said,,,they have not got yet due to high volume..
I sent a mail one week mail again and no reply...

if they confirm that they have my package..i would not worry much.

FYI

Ytd morning, I sent another email to CPP-O. At 11pm ytd, I received their reply:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have received your passport and your application is currently in queue to be finalized. Please note that we are unable to estimate the remaining processing time required for your application.

If you have included a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your passport will be returned using this envelope. If you have followed the instructions on the website and kept note of the tracking number, you should be able to follow its delivery on the Canada Post website.

If you did not provide a prepaid Xpresspost return envelope, your passport will been returned to you by regular mail.
