Finally it is IN PROCESS :) They started processing our application on March 29th..Feel soooo happy after a very long wait!!! All prayers are answered by God but just have to wait with patience.. Wish to get DM soon :) Gud luck to everyone who is waiting!!

Hi Binal, Ideally your husband should have updated his marital status at the time of his landing. But its not the end of the world. Try going through lawyer and MP to get this sorted out. Dont worry there is always a way out.

Sincerely pray to god that therz lots of IP and DM's this week... Think this is the longest stretch of period with not much of activity since the strike..! But on the brighter side every lull period was followed up by a blast of IP's and DM's...

Since you have already paid RPRF and submitted PCC, you can just send your passport with a small cover letter explaining your case.. that should be ok.. Dont forget to send a copy of the email you received from NDVO with your passport. And its not a bad idea to write the application# on the...

From what I have read, NDVO do accept it if u have legitimate reason for not submitting the passport... You should write them a letter and attach your passport request explaining why its not possible for you to submit the passport now.. So you will get your second passport request thru phone or...
