how long cibc keeps records

Hi Friends Recently,one of my friends accepted a job offer from cibc.She accepted the job but declined afterwards.She wants to apply again.should she wait for some time.or how long they retain her profile ?

Think you will be very lucky to have someone who works for CIBC come on here that has knowledge of CIBC HR
policy. If your friend wants the job then only way find out is to apply again and see what happens as not going make much difference one way or the other .

Getting a jabot a big bank is very competitive. Depending on the circumstances her previous refusal may affect her. There is no point in waiting if she is currently unemployed but I wouldn't cross my fingers that she will get another opportunity at CIBC unless she has really specific skills.
