How could'i get job in canada (radar technicien).

a lot of thanks to you dear freinds for your hospitatity realy it's great pleasure to write you this message,
inorder to show me the righte way to have job in canada as technician radar, I'm an algerian citizen,
I've 50 years old and i'm radar technician i've got 26 years experience in

" analogic and digital radar long and short ranges" .​

I've got my certifecat of digital transmeter radar in notropgrumman in USA from 01/06/2004 to 31/08/2004. So my question is how could I get professional job and a permanent residency in canada?​
