Found the number here: (613) 944 4000, apparently I should know by July 15th if I have been approved or not. BTW, I was just calling to ask to make sure that they did recieve my package.

If you provided email to them, they will email you the approval/decisions/requests.

These days mostly everything is communicated through email, which is faster and preferred method for most applicants
