You don’t apply for a LMIA. You find an employer willing to go through the LMIA process because they cannot hire any Canadian with your experience, education and language skills. Search job sites.
Canadian job sites - job bank, indeed. Most, if not all, job offers will say that only apply if citizen, PR or have a work permit. Apply to jobs you have experience for.
Unless you have skills that are difficult to find in Canada most employers will not be willing to apply for an LMiA due to the time and expense. There is sadly many employers and consultants/lawyers who do ask for payment which is illegal. It is a huge problem that IRCC has let get out of control.
