if the cap for noc 3152 was reached last week of july, cic should have mailed my documents back to me by now. . . *sigh*

my agent submitted my papers on aug 1 and i dont have any idea when was it received by cic. It is just so depressing :-\

i can't wait any longer. i emailed them last week and still got no response from them, i guess i just want my papers back so i could start planning for another step in my career.

to all the RNs out there what other options do we have aside from having to wait for july 2012 to reapply? and what if noc 3152 will no longer be included on the priority list next year. . . ? *sigh*

im so sorry for being so pessimistic but it seems that my fears are very possible to happen... God forbid. Lord please make a miracle. Amen.

If no news yet there is still a big chance to be part of the quota co'z CIO will immediately return all our documents and we will receive it back 1-2 months. Honestly I almost lost hope but I realize that this waiting game is a big challenge for me and my family and I have to face it with a positive result.

let's keep the hope alive for those waiting for PERS.Until now no returned documents from CIO.The first returned document was only last october 24 and the application was received at CIO july 20.my application was received 1st week of august so im expecting my papers this month yet no returned documents..I praying that they are just making a thorough check to our papers..but the agony of waiting is killing me..

to all of us that are in the same boat. lets just pray and hope for the best. my application was submitted july 22. arrived at july 25 in a certain post office near CIO and has a timeframe of 3 days before it will be recieved by CIO so. it might have reached cio july 28. but still no response. no returned forms. no email. no nothing. haist! this waiting guessing game is killing me..i hope i can see some comments here who filed their application july 16 onwards that have their positive results. by that time my worries will be over and will again be hopeful.

guys, I need your honest opinion.. My documents reached the CIO- Nova Scotia July 4, 2011, then they returned all my documents last aug 4, 2011 stating that it was incomplete due to my IELTS because it was academic, then I resubmitted all my documents including the correct IELTS which is the general one last aug. 22, 2011 then it reached the CIO-Nova Scotia last Aug. 30, 2011... yesterday nov 24, 2011 I went to the bank to confirm if my bd was already encashed and they told me that it was not yet encashed by the CIO... Until now I have not heard anything from the CIO.. is there still a hope for me to receive a PER? or I am just being delusional or dreaming?

i just want to ask. do you have already have a positive result from CIO? did you reach the cap?

hi guys,
those people who are still waiting for the result keep your faith alive. I just called and talk to my agent and ask about my petition regarding that the CAP has reached (3152) at the end of July. My application was received by the CIO August 4, 2011 but still no news from them. But the good news here if your application is not part of the quota (500) the CIO will return it 1-2 months and you can also receive an e-mail from them. So in that case those people waiting almost 3-4 months but still no news from the CIO we still have a chance to be part in their 500 quota, maybe they are still reviewing it. So guys just don't believe to those people who wrote negative things based from their experience it will make you down. We all have different experiences or the CIO has it's reason they got denied or application has been returned. Only the CIO will approve or disapprove our application. So let us just wait and see what will happen next. :-X

So to those people still waiting if someone receive an update or news regarding their petition plsss share it here. Help those people who are almost losing hope. Good luck everyone!!!

I emailed CIO last month and they replied 19days later telling me that they returned my complete package on 19/10/2011 because cap for 3152 is full.This is my own experience, others may get better news.I've already sent application for QSW.You guys can try other programmes in the mean time.Don't put your eggs in one basket.Good luck to all.

i've already accepted the fact of returning back my docs because cap reached before they received mine..but the problem is I'm still waiting for the mailed docs till now..email from CIC says they sent the package last 21st october..and it's already over a month..where in the world does my papers went?and the worst it's a regular mail so I cannot track as there is no tracking number..stupid!!and now I'm planning to apply different program but can't as all my docs still on the way for so long...i'm so desperate as I really wanted to reapply very soon...:-((

@Ocaliz: Waiting for the document may really delay your re-application.Can one apply for LPN? I kno a RN that applied as a LPN but yet to recieve PER.I don't know how feasible that option is for RNs.I f its possible for you, try and gather fresh documents and use depending on the urgency of you new application.

hi to all. i just want to ask everyone since it is really bothering me. for those applicants under 3152 who mailed their application as registered mail. do you have any confirmation that it did reached CIO? coz in my case my agent gave me a copy of the mailing receipt and i tracked it down. however, upon tracking it doesnt indicate there that it was indeed received by CIO. now my representative told me that the package didnt reached cio and was lost.
