my app reached CIC first week of August and my docs returned as per CIC's email dated Oct.21,2011,stated in the letter that cap was reached and they don't have any tracking number to provide so I guess will just need to wait till I received back the whole package.Very devastating in our part...

then why should they received applications beyond July 20 if that's the case?August is one month and yet they keep on receiving apps for the whole month yet cap was reached by the date stated..we're not sure how many apps sent to them the whole August so it's very unethical on CIC's part to keep...

yes I did apply for FSW under NOC 3152...yes as what my consultant told me they haven't open apps for august,they just finish the july"s..we need to wait 2-3 weeks more.let us all pray that we will be notified soon and accept our application.please continue to share experience... ;)
