Hi.
I was wondering, do you normally highlight the important information on papers..for example the name or address to prove is a letter sent to one of the partners? Or bank statements to show the date easier?

What about the most important documents like the lease?

Thanks!!

I don't think it's necessary. It's the officer/s job to go through the documents and to make sure that all the relevant information is there. It's not your job to do their job, if you know what I mean! Only thing I did was to black out confidential information such as bank account numbers.

sometimes when you highlight information when they go to scan the documents they may not be able to read it clearly .I just blacked out personal information. I agree with Miss Representation leave it be .Let them do any highlighting if need be .
