This story keeps on getting more complicated. The fact that he filed as a married refugee then got divorced in his country (formally or informally) and then got married again right away is going to raise lots of red flags. Hopefully he has very strong grounds for asylum because spousal sponsorship will be thoroughly investigated.

Well he did has the divorce papers in English he went through to the procedure and get married. He said The reason why he get married is the new wife was pregnant and after fixing the date of married she has miscarriage then he just married with her.well for me I always tell him to have confidence everything will be fine and lets see what will happen.

But you see in ontario to get married he has to go to an ontario lawyer to say the divorce lawas in his country is the same as canada and they are free to married

Yes he said he did that one of the Ontario lawyer issued him a letter to attached with his divorce documents

Well I told him that so we hope to see what happens..he is my good friend and I work with him in same company I try much as possible to tell him everything.
