Have you looked on the Manilla time line to see if you are way off the end date . Try posting your question there you may have better luck .Its just been over a year.I know the waiting is hard .

thanks for the response guys, but still i don't know where to asked for help aside from here. they told me if im going to email the embassy manila, our application will gonna be on the last end again...

we're still praying hopefully we received any good news from them.

Since you are about to go way past the 14 month mark, you can definitely email CEM about it. and no, you're application will not be bumped to the last end of the queue (if that's what you mean). You can also search for your MP (Member of Parliament) and ask for help. Just raise your questions on the Manila thread and somebody can definitely give you an advice about it.

tell your spouse in canada to call CIC immigration so that can relay it to CEM

According to CIC website, they list Manilla at 14 months. You aren't quite there yet, so you are not so far out as you might feel you are. After you have passed 14 months (This does not include your 1 month to get your sponsorship approval) that your file has been sitting in Manilla, then you can become concerned that something is not going properly. Until then, I am sad to say, that you have to just sit back and wait until they get to your application. I know it's hard to be away from loved ones and family, but it will be over soon, just hold on.
