HELP START A SKILEED WORK VISA PROCESS!!!!

I AM A REFUGEE APP DENIED LAST YEAR, I AM STARTING TO FIND THE WAY TO GO BACK AND WAS RECOMENDED TO GO THOROUGH A SKILLED WORK VISA, I AM A CERTIFIED BARTENDEER THERE IN TORONTO, HOW I START THE PROCESS PLEASE HELP

Bartending is not classified as skilled work. Do you have another occupation other than bartending?

Grinding and CNC operator machines ?

It doesn't sound like the federal skilled worker program is for you. You should review the requirements for the federal skilled trades program to see if you qualify for this program. Information can be found here:

My IELTS will expire on sept 2013, do i need to retake it now? i am one of the aspiring FSW applicants this coming May. TIA!

If the IELTS is valid at the time of review your Application Its OK . I beleive they cosider immediately after receiving your application in May.... Even if they open your file August its fine in your case
